The focused area situated at Jalan Pantai Baru (Pantai Murni) was selected to provide solutions to the problems of locals. The site was chosen because of its have multi-function building context and high density population. That makes the people in this area have interaction difficulty, gather and socialize among each others. According to the statistic, there are 80% muslim and 20% non muslim in this area. Adaptive reuse of the existing surau desa aman pdrm towards surau with Friday prayers program is a good solution to bring the community back towards religion and community activity.
It’s easy to look past Wisma Central when you’re on Jalan Ampang. With its dated architecture and muted façade, the 1980’s architecture is almost hidden in plain sight as tourists and shoppers stride by. When your neighbors are KLCC, Avenue K, and the soon-to-be Four Seasons Hotel, how does a humble building like Wisma Central compete in the concrete jungle?
After the announcement that the first Four Seasons in Kuala Lumpur would be built next to Wisma Central, there have been rumors of the almost 40-year-old building being demolished. Yet, if you head to Wisma Central on a weekday lunchtime, you’re likely to find it’s bustling. Dotted with stationery shops, tailors and vape shops, it’s a 1980’s throwback that still draws people for its range of services and cheap eats.

Reprogram the building and create a place to meet is the idea to enhance the project, Maintenance the old structure and bring the new idea to facade such painting and poster actually to generate idea to the young people to express their artistic expression to the building.
